Where is my order?
Open the order-status link in your confirmation email. If you need help, send us your order number and the email address used at checkout. A tracking link is shown there when one is available.
What will delivery cost?
Select your country in the store. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates vary by product and destination; ask us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
How do I request a return or report a damaged item?
Contact us with your order number, item name and a description of the issue. You can email supporting photos to info@eelux.io. Please obtain the correct return instructions before sending a parcel; our registered office is not a confirmed returns address.
How are complaints handled?
Use our complaint page to tell us what happened and your preferred resolution. We review the details, may request further information, and reply to the email address you provide. To follow up, reply in the same email conversation.
