Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for hygiene-related products (e.g. personal care items).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received by us.
Damaged or Defective Products:
• Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery, including clear photos of the issue.
• A free replacement will be provided in such cases.
